A graduate of The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, Chef Ray Willey has shared this passion while employed at notable eateries in Fort Lauderdale, and as a Culinary Arts Instructor for Broward County Public Schools.
Chef Ray earned his Culinary Certification followed by a BS in Restaurant Management. He has also obtained a Masters degree in Education from Concordia University. He is a certified instructor and proctor for the ServSafe®.
Services include menu consultation, shopping, preparation, meal service and clean-up! Rates include the cost of ingredients along with an hourly fee. For regularly scheduled services, rates are based on the number of meals prepared. Additional staff is available for larger events.
